I start my mornings with breath

I’m no expert on breath work. However, I start my mornings with breath to awaken my mind, calm my nerves, reduce stress, and to settle into my day. It’s something I look forward to each day. In the video I’m practicing Nadi Shodhana, one of many alternate nostril breathing techniques. ⁣Breathe y’all. Life won’t always be like this. ⁣
